Although numerous organizations and individuals numbering in the hundreds of thousands have expressed their opposition to the TPP, a deal was reached on October 5 and the full details released on November 5.

Negotiated in secret among trade representatives for 12 nations and over 500 multinational corporations, this agreement will affect over 40% of the global economy -- yet is completely removed from any semblance of a democratic process.
The full text of the TPP's 24 chapters confirms our worst fears: a trade deal massive giveaways for corporations that would serve to unravel net neutrality, drive down wages, raise prices for life-saving medicine, diminish food safety, and drastically increase greenhouse gas emissions driving global climate change. The TPP would also establish a new power for corporations: the power to sue sovereign nations using a new international court system, the Investor-State Dispute Settlement.
